What is Automated Order Management?

With the help of the Automated Order Management system by Vyas, sales orders can be created automatically in the system from an email attachment. We have designed a solution to read the order details sent by the customer in a pdf attachment over an email and create an order automatically in the system based on the information provided. Built on AI and MS Power platform, this solution brings greater order management efficiency via automation.

No specific skill set is needed to use Automated Order Management. It can be integrated into the current D365 and is good to use.

Can Automated Order Management system read orders on emails and process them?

Yes. We have designed a solution to read the order details sent by the customer in a pdf attachment over an email and create an order automatically in the system based on the information provided. A system generated email is sent to the responsible sales rep informing them of the automatically created sales order and whether there were any validation issues.
